ICAUS originated as an initiative by Thought Group Chile to establish a unique platform aimed at enriching the city and society by advocating for freedom in the academic sphere. This international competition for urban planning and architecture projects seeks to promote innovative, creative, and spontaneous ideas to rebuild and reimagine cities that have been devastated by war or natural disasters.
